After surgery
Knee rehabilitation after surgery
After a ligament repair or a knee replacement: bend, straighten, walk, then climb stairs again, stage by stage.

Rehabilitation follows the protocol of your surgeon. The first weeks bring back movement and reduce swelling, then come strength, balance and walking without crutches.
Who it is for
- Cruciate ligament repair, meniscus surgery
- Total or partial knee replacement
How sessions go
Several sessions a week at first, then fewer as you gain autonomy. Each session starts from what you managed the day before.
Good to know
Bring your surgery report and the protocol given by the surgeon to the first session.
