Back & joints
Low back pain
Acute or long-standing back pain: understand it, move again, and keep the exercises that stop it coming back.

Most back pain improves with movement, not rest. The sessions combine manual work to ease the pain, exercises adapted to your day and explanations, so that you are no longer afraid to bend down.
Who it is for
- Lumbago, back pain that comes back, sciatica once your doctor has examined you
- People who sit all day, or carry loads at work
How sessions go
An assessment first, then sessions where you do more and more yourself. You leave with a few exercises to do at home, adjusted as you progress.
Good to know
A sudden loss of strength in a leg, or trouble urinating, needs a doctor straight away, not a physiotherapist.
